Fior di Latte Smoked
This variation of our FRESH, ALL NATURAL mozzarella undergoes a natural smoking process in which the cheese is cold-smoked with the end result as a semi-firm cheese with a beautiful golden-brown exterior with just the right amount of smoky flavor.
Mozzarita Smoked Fior di Latte can be added to a number of dishes, particularly those with savory, earthy flavors. It is also very popular as a snacking cheese, served either fresh or baked on bread.

This is the most classic variation of our FRESH, ALL NATURAL mozzarella that is tightly wrapped to seal in freshness. The shape can either be a round ball or small log shape making it the perfect form to get beautifully symetrical slices for adding to any dish.

This variation of our FRESH, ALL NATURAL mozzarella is shaped into "little bites" that are egg sized. They are semi-soft, white and delicate.
A variety of Italian dishes can be spruced up by the very sweet and very light butter taste of Bocconcini. Slice them on pizzas or vegetable dishes and broil in an oven until the cheese just starts to melt.

This variation of our FRESH, ALL NATURAL mozzarella is shaped in a braid. Braided mozzarella can be used both for cold and hot recipes. Always perfect on its own, accompanied by fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, treccia cheese is also great in salads, pizza or parmigiana or any other Italian dishes.

We use only all natural ingredients and individually package each burrata in purified water containing ZERO preservatives or additives. Cutting into Mozzarita's burrata gives you a luscious creamy goodness spilling out to be soaked up by bread or other complimentary accompaniments.

Mozzarita's Caciocavallo is made from fresh locally sourced cow’s milk and has a mild, salty flavor and a smooth, firm texture.
As the cheese ripens, the flavors become more pungent and the texture more granular, making the cheese ideal for grating.
The name of Caciocavallo is derived from cacio, meaning cheese, and the method of maturing: cheeses are hanged in pairs over a cavallo, a type of wooden saddle rack.
Mozzarita's Cacioricotta is a soft cheese similar to dried ricotta, which is aged until it becomes semi-hard and the color of yellow straw. Eaten fresh, it is fragrant, salty, and slightly acidic.
Our aged version becomes much tangier, and it is typically enjoyed on its own or served accompanied by bread and a glass of full-bodied red wine, although it an also be grated over pasta dishes. We use an ancient method combining two techniques of cheese-making.
Generally, the milk is heated, then left to cool down before the milk and whey coagulate. The curd is then hand-squeezed, formed into small cylinders using basket-shaped containers, and left to dry.
Cacioricotta with Hot Peppers
This variation of Cacioricotta incorporates, pepperoncini peppers also known as Tuscan Peppers, sweet Italian peppers, or golden Greek peppers. The peppers are sweet and mild in flavor, not very hot, although they can vary and be found up to a medium heat level.
Cacioricotta with Truffle
This variation of Cacioricotta incorporates truffle paste that is made by blending fresh black truffles with fine olive oil, a bit of truffle juice for a more intense flavor, plus some truffle aroma to intensify the whole experience.

Mozzarita's fresh ricotta is made following the strictest traditional processes, using only the highest quality fresh cows milk giving it a mild and slightly sweet taste.
Our ricotta is made fresh every day and we use ZERO preservities giving it an extra soft consistency and a milky white color.
Mozzarita ricotta is always perfect on its own, but can be added to a variety of dishes, both sweet and savoury.
Mozzarita's Whey Butter is a rich, creamy butter made from the whey separated from curd during the making of our fine cheeses.
Whey is a liquid packed full of protein, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes and we extract it's rich butterfat and churn it into our super creammy and delicious whey butter.
It has a bit of a cheesy flavour and it is less shiny than regular butter, but oilier, and a deeper yellow making it great for both sweet and savory applications.
